In 2008 she became Wörterfee, a new character on the German adaptation of Sesame Street (Sesamstrasse).

Neldel worked as a dental assistant before she was discovered by the boss of a Berlin casting agency during a polo competition. He helped her audition for daily soap opera Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten and Neldel, barely experienced in acting, immediately landed the role of Katja Wettstein. After leaving GZSZ in 1999 Neldel starred in several German motion pictures and TV films, including Lammbock, Samba in Mettmann and Emmy-winning Berlin, Berlin.

In 2004 the series won an International Emmy Award in the category ALEXANDRA NEDEL DESTIN DE LISA VIDEO "Best Comedy" for Episode47.

In 2005 Neldel made her breakthrough as Lisa Plenske, the leading role in the Sat.1 telenovela Verliebt nedel in Berlin. She decided to leave the series after the final episode of season one.

On 9 jan sosniok November 2005 Woll announced that she was pregnant and on 14 February 2006 gave birth to a daughter named Taisha Valentina.

The series tells the story of Lolle (played by Felicitas Woll) who, after school, follows her boyfriend, Tom, from Malente to Berlin. Once there, she discovers that Tom has been cheating on her with another girl. Rather than move back home, Lolle decides to stay in Berlin with her cousin, Sven (played by Jan Sosniok), his best friend Hart (Matthias Klimsa) and Rosalie (Sandra Borgmann). At the end of season one Lolle and Sven fall in love with each other, knowing that they are cousins. But before starting a real relationship with Lolle, Sven decides to go back to his former wife, Silvia, because of their son, Daniel. As well as Sven's best friend, Hart, who is also his neighbour, the series also portrays Lolle's alexandra neldel nude friend Rosalie, who goes to the USA to pursue a new life there at the end of season one.

2005 was a turning point for the ZDF co-production Dresden (original title The Fire). In the film, a young German nurse (Woll), falls in love with an English pilot (played by John Light) during the destruction of the city by allied bombers in February 1945. The movie was filmed in Dresden's rebuilt city centre as well as at the railway station (also rebuilt) and in other parts of Dresden. Other scenes such as the theatre place and at the prince course, was continued in Chemnitz and at an industrial estate in Cologne, in order to use remote studios to film the larger fire scenes, such as the firestorm. The film, in which Heiner Loud Brook and Wolfgang Stumph also star, was broadcast in two parts on 5 "Alexandra Nedel" Nude March and 6 March 2006.
